Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ProductPals platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Transmit malicious code, malware, or engage in hacking or denial-of-service attacks.
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform without authorization.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).

Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to paid features.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by ProductPals and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely to provide the Service. Generated application code from our templates is licensed for your use under the terms of your subscription plan.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductPals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
